**Job Description​** Saint Luke’s Medical Plaza Imaging is seeking a PRN Referral Specialist to join our team. **Shift Details:** Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:30pm - This is a PRN Position **Responsibilities:** + Complete Referral Forms + Triage phone calls that come into office to ensure appropriate disposition and action + Triage and take appropriate action regarding warm transfer calls + Maintain referrals logs + Maintain constant communication with care teams regarding scheduling + Collaborate with Nurse Manager for provider and care team medical supply needs **Why Saint Luke’s?** We believe in creating a collaborative environment, while looking for innovative ways to improve.
