EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Associate degree preferred. Two (2) years of experience in registration and appointment scheduling in a healthcare setting. One (1) year of experience in clinic appointment scheduling and working with electronic medical records (EMR), particularly EPIC. Customer service experience, with demonstrated professionalism in handling patient and provider interactions preferred.Previous experience working directly with providers is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong working knowledge of EPIC or similar electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
