As a Materials Mgmt Analyst I here at Honeywell, you will be supporting globally across the supply chain network to gather and manage information about our businesses' capacity to meet customer demand. In this role, you will support and improve the supply chain planning & execution process within the business. You will execute the vision and goals for your Materials Planning function and manage the processes to achieve excellence in SIOP, supply planning, inventory & replenishment planning management, and resolution of supply chain issues. Key Responsibilities + Assist in analyzing demand patterns and forecasting material requirements + Support the procurement process by assisting in vendor selection and negotiation + Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor inventory levels + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials availability + Assist in implementing inventory control measures to optimize efficiency YOU MUST HAVE + Required experience in the similar field should be enough. + Required trait WE VALUE + Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field + Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics and Manufacturing + Good knowledge of material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems + APICS or CPIM Certification + Project management and problem-solving skills + Ability to solve complex organizational problems + Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization + Experience in leading/driving change + Czech language - at least B2 level + English language - at least B2 level Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
