As a Pricing Analyst within Global Valuation Services team, you will be responsible for capturing and validating security prices used to calculate and submit daily and monthly Net Asset Values (NAVs). You will work closely with various teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Your role is essential in maintaining data quality and supporting the success of our operations.
Job responsibilities
Capture and validate daily security prices for NAV calculationsProduce and analyze valuation movements within client portfoliosPerform daily pricing and validation of all investment assetsReview price confirmation collection within the departmentAnalyze price movements against market expectationsProvide subject matter expertise support to downstream teams and clientsLiaise with pricing vendors and brokers to resolve issues and minimize riskComplete all tasks and reporting accurately and to deadlineResolve client queries promptly and professionallyParticipate in client meetings and escalate issues to supervisorsContribute to ongoing developments of the pricing control processRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
At least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplinesOpen to fresh graduatesBasic knowledge of pricing vendors, such as Bloomberg and ReutersUnderstanding of industry activities, including corporate actions and stock marketsAbility to understand the impact of price changes on market valueSelf-motivated and proactive with the ability to work under pressureInterest in stocks, bonds, options, and financial marketsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookupsEffective communication within a team environmentAbility to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentMust be open to flexible working hours to cover early starts and/or late finishes as demanded by the businessPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Prior experience in the Asset Pricing or Fund Accounting roles will be beneficialPrior experience in Banking Operations related role will be an advantage
