Job Summary: As an Operations Manager within our dynamic team, you will oversee the operational management and control of daily workflows. You will be responsible for maximizing team capacity through effective resource planning and ensuring robust team structures via training and succession planning. Your role will also involve providing direction, leadership, and effective communication to ensure alignment with strategic and regulatory changes.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and control the daily workflow operationally.Maximize team capacity through effective resource planning.Ensure all daily controls and processing are completed and signed off.Provide direction and leadership to the team.Communicate effectively to ensure staff awareness of strategic and regulatory changes.Continuously review and update Standard Operating Procedures in line with new policies.Contribute to the strategic development of the department.Regularly review risks, controls, and governance to ensure satisfactory audits.Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
Operational subject matter expertise.Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate managers.Strong risk and control awareness with the ability to prioritize workloads.Confident communicator with both internal and external clients.Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
Strategic thinker with the ability to implement process improvements.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.Proficient with Citizen Developer tools (Alteryx, UI Path, Pega low code), SQL query, or Python.
