Job Summary 

As an Operations Analyst within the Custody team, you will play a critical role in supporting client documentation processes and ensuring seamless service delivery. You will collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement assigned tasks efficiently. Your focus on quality, productivity, and stakeholder engagement will contribute to the overall success of the organization.

 

 Job Responsibilities Review client documentation and input requests into JP Morgan's systems.Adapt quickly to flexible shift requirements.Identify issues and coordinate with relevant internal functions for prompt resolution within set time frames.Collaborate with key partners in service delivery, client service, solutions, sales, operations, and technology to ensure effective task implementation.Work closely with regional teams to support business and other stakeholders.Measure and track performance based on productivity and quality standards.Produce high-quality work to ensure success within the organization.

 

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the Custody domain with a focus on custody, KYC, and markets space.Exhibit proficiency in MS Office.Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills.Hold a Bachelor's degree or above.
