As a Client Account Services (CAS) – Fund Services Analyst within the JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations.  Your primary focus will be on setting up and maintaining client accounts accurately and efficiently. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams – including onboarding, operations, and technology – to ensure seamless client integration and ongoing support

Job responsibilities : 

Set up and maintain client accounts in accordance with fund structures, operational requirement and internal controls. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry and client configuration. Perform quality checks  on account setup to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal standards. Support the onboarding of new funds, including gathering documentation, validation fund specifications, and ensuring proper setup in systems. Participate in process improvement initiatives and assist with documentation of procedures and workflows.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of accounting platforms or fund administration system  Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
