At ManTech International, you’ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement **Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Lead and support wargaming and simulation efforts: Design, execute, and deliver analytical tasksrelated to wargames, simulations, and tabletop exercises, including shaping objectives, craftingconstructs and scenarios, facilitating participant discussions, and conducting data collection and after-action reporting. + Conduct comprehensive defense and military analysis: Perform in-depth research and analysis ofmilitary operations, gaming trends, DoD strategy, and concept development. Provide insights and recommendations to US government clients on various aspects of the defense and intelligence enterprises. + Forecast and assess adversarial threats: Anticipate adversarial actions and intent, evaluating their potential impact on national security, infrastructure, communications, personnel, economics, the environment, and governmental ecosystems. Cross-check hypotheses and assessments with other Red Team entities. + Develop and maintain program documentation: Author and contribute to a variety of programdocumentation, including strategy documents, senior-level presentations, after-action reviews, white papers, concept papers, and risk assessments. + Collaborate and inform stakeholders: Liaise with Red Team entities and supporting organizations to identify unexplored information and concepts. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and provide tailored solutions. + Conduct general research and analysis: Support warfighting disciplines, course of action analysis,strategy development, and organizational processes through thorough research and analysis.Ensure quality and continuous improvement: Maintain accuracy and quality of wargaming exercises and deliverables. Stay updated on the latest wargaming techniques, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance Red Team support. **Mandatory Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree and at least 7 years of related experience with defense analysis or wargaming and supporting and conducting formal research. + Extensive experience in Red Team operations and Wargaming at the strategic and operational levels + Prior experience with the implementation, operation and analysis of wargames and logistical tools to assess DoD force capabilities and future initiatives. + Experience with data science, operations research, or modeling and simulation tools and methods. + Conversant in military to military, geo-political, and political-military landscapes. + Experience developing & delivering senior level briefs. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Bachelor of Science Degree in a STEM or Business Field + Master’s degree + Experience with geospatial visualization tools, including ArcGIS or QGIS **Security Clearance Required:** + Must have an active DoD TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain Polygraph **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. + Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel. + The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc ManTech International Corporation, as well as its subsidiaries proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
