For one of our international clients, RED Global is currently looking for an experienced Change and Communication Lead to support a global transformation programme.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and executing structured change and communications plans within large-scale transformation initiatives. The consultant is expected to join at the start of October 2025 on a 12-month contract, with a high likelihood of extension.

This role is open to candidates based in Europe only.

Desired Skills:

Minimum of 8+ year's experience in Change Management and Communications Strong understanding of organisational change models Experience working on global transformation programs Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagement, communications strategy, and resistance to change Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills in English Experience with operating model design and change adoption measurement is a plus
