The Recruitment Supervisor will oversee day-to-day hiring activities, lead a team of recruiters, and deliver high-quality talent pipelines to meet aggressive ramp-up goals for our U.S. support programs. You’ll play a strategic role in ensuring readiness, speed, and excellence in every hiring campaign.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of recruiters to meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets
Drive mass hiring plans and ensure on-time delivery for U.S.-based client accounts
Monitor hiring metrics and recruiter performance, ensuring accountability and consistent delivery
Collaborate with Recruitment Managers and internal stakeholders (HR, WFM, Training, Operations) to align on hiring needs and timelines
Identify risks, propose creative solutions, and implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with internal hiring procedures, quality standards, and reporting protocols
Support recruitment marketing efforts and local sourcing strategies to expand the candidate pool
Represent the team in meetings, audits, and client discussions as needed
Candidate Profile:2–3 years of experience as a Senior Recruiter or Lead Recruiter in a BPO/call center environment
Strong track record in high-volume agent hiring and quick ramp-up hiring cycles
Proven leadership abilities with experience supervising or mentoring recruiters
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
Results-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize performance
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is preferred

You will be using your abilities to source and filter the right candidates to match the hiring managers' requirements and criteria. You will be responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet the company's workforce needs and goals. You will be an Ambassador for Foundever branding ensuring that all candidates are experiencing a professional and smooth journey during the hiring process from the initial application to the onboarding, along with generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and you will be participating in the preparation of the hiring plan.
Primary Job Responsibilities Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy Managing the pool and keeping positive contact with candidates Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and tests, and creating a shortlist of candidates Conduct end-to-end recruitment process and registration. Conduct phone, online, headhunt, and in-person interviews. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question Organizing interviews for candidates as requested Informing candidates about the results of their interviews Working towards and exceeding targets Provide suggestions and solutions to increase recruitment capacity, based on candidate feedback Complete and update recruitment tools/database with candidate statuses Provide the accepted candidate with an appropriate job offer and request all hiring document
Qualifications:
Customer Support Industry experience is a must Relevant proven experience for one year is a plus A college degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field is preferred Advanced level of French(at least C1), both verbal and written
