Our international HR services team here in Bratislava is looking for a new team member, who would help our Global team to find and recruit the best talent supporting them throughout the whole process and be a strong communication partner internally as well as externally.
What will be your daily responsibilities?
You will by mainly responsible for supporting local Talent Acquisition Manager and Specialists in Nordic countries with sourcing the best candidates and ensuring the recruitment process runs seamlessly, including:
CV analysis and candidate research
Managing candidate pools
Phone Pre-screening of candidates
Booking interviews & assessments
Active communication with candidates as well as recruiters
Handling and processing administrative tasks in our internal HR system
Interacting with recruitment agencies if needed
Participating in branding activities and school collaboration as optional based on business priorities
Working closely together with other HR colleagues within P&C Services, CoE and HR Business partners, to support the business and provide a smooth and consistent user experience
Communication with the business (hiring mangers) in agreed areas
What we offer you
We offer you the basic salary starting from 1.650 EUR/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.

What do you need to be successful in this role?
A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably gained in an agency environment
Previous experience within HR or Sales would be an advantage
Fluent English
Knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian would be considered an asset
MS Office - user-level knowledge
Great communication & organization skills
Creativity and openness, focus on solutions
Curios person and ambiguity handler
