Job DescriptionResponsible for managing the complete recruitment process for direct and technical positions, ensuring timely delivery of required talent, on-time file submissions, and developing new strategies for the recruitment function.
Candidate Management: Source, screen, and manage candidate pipelines throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring consistent communication and positive candidate experience.Strategic Advisory: Actively advise executives and HR Business Partners on job profiles, search channels, selection procedures, and talent market insights to support informed hiring decisions.Performance Metrics: Prepare, track, and maintain recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction scores to measure recruitment effectiveness.Assessment Administration: Apply & coordinate technical tests, interviews, and evaluation sessions while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize the recruitment process, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce hiring cycle times.Employer Branding: Develop and execute recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen employer brand awareness and attract high-quality candidates through various channels.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers, department heads, and HR teams to understand talent needs, provide recruitment updates, and ensure alignment on hiring priorities and timelines.Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate recruitment records, ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies, and prepare recruitment reports for management review.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written)3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionProven expertise in end-to-end recruitment process managementStrong knowledge of talent management principles and practicesTechnical recruitment background or experience recruiting for technical positionsCore Competencies:
