Are you a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition? We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to oversee and enhance all aspects of recruitment and hiring processes for our organization. In this role, you will lead the strategy for identifying top talent, implement innovative sourcing techniques, and ensure an efficient, focused hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
+ Leading and developing the Recruitment Team to redefine hospitality standards while upholding core values.
+ Managing requisitions, including opening, closing, and auditing processes.
+ Creating and driving sourcing and recruitment strategies, leveraging networking and referral opportunities.
+ Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
+ Collaborating with hiring managers to identify, refine, and meet staffing needs.
+ Overseeing job description creation and updates while ensuring scalability for organizational growth.
+ Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recruitment processes and maintaining best practices.
+ Representing the organization within the community and at professional forums.
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience, a collaborative mindset, and expertise in full-life-cycle recruitment. Requirements include:
+ A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
+ At least 5 years of recruiting experience, including 3 years in a leadership capacity.
+ Experience in Recruiting for an organization with more than 1500 employees.
+ Experience supervising both exempt and non-exempt teams.
+ Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment.
+ Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
+ A proactive, innovative approach to talent acquisition strategies.
