We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented recruitment executive to join our team. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across the region. with a strong focus on Emiratization initiatives. This Position requires someone who can handle high volume recruitment while ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Lead and execute the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Support and drive Emiratization recruitment efforts in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and provide effective recruitment strategies. Build and manage talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking. Coordinate interviewing scheduling, assessments, and offer management in a timely manner. Maintain recruitment records and reports with accuracy. Ensure compliance with labour laws, organizational policies, and confidentiality standards. 

 

EXPERIENCE 

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities and high attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
