Recruitment Executive- Russian Speaker

The role will focus on supporting end-to-end recruitment activities with a strong emphasis on sourcing, engaging, and managing Russian-speaking and CIS talent pools for both operational and specialist roles. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Support

Source and attract candidates from Russian-speaking and CIS markets Support end-to-end recruitment processes including screening and shortlisting Conduct initial candidate screening interviews in Russian and English Maintain active talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs

Candidate Management

Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience Coordinate interviews and feedback between candidates and hiring teams

Recruitment Operations

Update and maintain ATS records accurately and consistently Support recruitment reporting and tracking of candidate pipelines Assist in managing job postings across relevant platforms

International Talent Focus

Engage with international candidates, particularly from CIS regions Support relocation and onboarding coordination where required  

Required Experience & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong proficiency in Russian and English (written and spoken) Experience in high-volume or international recruitment preferred Familiarity with sourcing tools and job portals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Experience

Experience supporting recruitment in education, training, or service-based industries Exposure to international hiring or relocation processes Experience working with ATS systems
