4 Year Degree UDA Soccer is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our National Recruitment team.

This full-time position is based in the New England (Northeastern) region and reports directly to our National Recruitment Director.

UDA Soccer is the UK’s premier International program for North American students seeking a high-quality degree program within a professional soccer academy at one of our partner universities in the UK.

This role is ideal for an individual with experience at the premier levels of select girls and boys soccer clubs and/or schools in the New England and Northeastern region. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can identify talent that meets both our academic and athletic requirements.

UDA will provide training to ensure a successful onboarding process

Position Overview

The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting both male and female student-athletes who meet academic enrollment standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing a recruitment plan to target suitable prospects for enrollment. Embodying and promoting the mission and values of the UDA organization through all recruitment efforts. Working weekends at collegiate showcases in the assigned region to identify students who meet our academic and soccer ability requirements. Building relationships with premier clubs across the USA and Canada. Organizing and executing a minimum of one recruitment event in the New England area per year for 25-30 ID-approved students. Bi-Monthly reporting to the National Recruitment and Executive Director on targets and strategic plans. Work with the present recruiting staff to fill the UDA UK recruitment tours in the summer and at Thanksgiving. Holding video calls with prospective students and families, outlining the mission and deliverables of the UDA experience, and setting up pre-academic meetings with the UDA academic advising process.  Works closely with the UDA academic advisor for pre-enrollment into a partner university.  Ability to work weekday and weekend evening hours

Candidate Qualifications

Excellent written and communication skills. Established contacts with select soccer clubs, preferably at the MLS Next, USL or ECNL level. Highly focused and driven to meet targets and deadlines. Preference will be given to candidates who hold a coaching license and an undergraduate degree. Understanding the use of recruitment software, Excel, Word, and Google Docs.

Compensation

Competitive base salary of $50K with an incentive bonus for meeting targets. Some medical coverage is also included in the overall package.  Position includes a recruitment budget.
