About the Role
Antal International is seeking an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at the Ravet (Pune) office. The role involves managing a productive recruitment desk within a specific industry or function, delivering high-quality talent solutions to clients, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment assignments across mid to senior-level positions for assigned industry verticals. Develop a clear business plan and recruitment roadmap in alignment with targets, and present the same to the Reporting Manager. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Proactively source, screen, assess, and engage high-quality candidates using multiple channels, including databases, referrals, job portals, and social media platforms. Actively participate in social media and digital sourcing initiatives to attract relevant talent. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, industry practices, and talent movements. Develop and maintain an effective professional network to track and engage niche talent. Collaborate with Antal offices across India and globally to share mandates, candidates, and market intelligence. Maintain accurate and timely documentation on the ATS and ensure process compliance. Prepare and submit periodic performance and progress reports to the Reporting Manager. Ensure achievement of individual and team targets related to closures, revenue, and KPIs. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager from time to time.Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any discipline, PGDM / MBA is an added advantage. (Engineering, Science graduates preferred); 2–4 years of experience in Executive Search / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition with a proven track record. Exposure to Business Development and Lead Generation to secure new roles and clients will give you an advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, confident, result-oriented, and outgoing personality. Hands-on experience with recruitment software / ATS. Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media hiring. Excellent command of the English language (verbal & written). Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory.What Will You Gain?
