The Role:

Working from our busy head office in Oval, You’ll learn the full 360 recruitment process — from sourcing candidates to closing deals. Expect hands-on training, real responsibility, and a focus on your growth.

Once trained, you’ll be:
Managing your own market in the built environment spacePlacing candidates and generating monthly revenueBuilding relationships with clients and attending industry eventsCreating a strong personal brand on LinkedInContributing to a collaborative, high-energy team cultureWe’re Looking For:
