We’re looking for an energetic professional who excels at building meaningful connections—with caregivers, clients, families, and referral partners. In this pivotal role, you’ll represent our brand: the first friendly face caregivers meet, and the first reassuring voice clients hear.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Recruit, interview, and onboard outstanding caregivers—meeting and exceeding weekly hiring goals. Keep our care team 100% compliant by monitoring credentials, background checks, and training. Master scheduling in our care management system—matching the right caregiver to the right client and keeping every shift covered. Conduct intake calls with prospective clients to understand needs, explain services, and support smooth onboarding. Act as the go-to problem solver for caregivers and clients—responding with empathy, speed, and professionalism. Track key performance metrics and share insights to streamline recruiting and scheduling. Represent Assisting Hands at job fairs, CNA schools, and community events.
💡 What You’ll Bring
2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience in home care/home health OR CNA background with interviewing experience. Ninja-level multitasking skills, phone charisma, and laser-sharp attention to detail. Familiarity with ATS & scheduling software (a plus). Genuine passion for seniors, caregivers, and family-centered values. Ability to commute to our Manassas office and pass all required screenings. Bonus points for: Spanish fluency, HR certification, or a Virginia CNA license.
