Mission:
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, as Business Partner, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and hiring the best talent to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.
Role and Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining needs to integrating talent. Collaborate with managers to identify their specific needs. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure regular follow-up on recruitment progress. Ensure deadlines are met and optimize the process by identifying obstacles and proposing effective solutions. Provide strategic advice based on market trends and best practices. Write and disseminate impactful advertisements on relevant platforms to attract the right profiles.What our client offers:
