Reporting to the Superintendent, Talent Acquisition - Ontario, you will be part of the Human Resources Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.

Create and/or edit job descriptions, create requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and publish job postings both internally and externally;

Support the pre-employment verification process for salaried and hourly candidates of all Ontario divisions (criminal checks, reference checks and medical exam scheduling);

Support the pre-employment verification process and/or jobs posting process for other divisions as required;

Update all required tracking documents;

Supports the employee referral program by ensuring precise tracking of submissions, maintaining clean data, and providing timely updates to the recruitment team;

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the highest recruitment standard and philosophy;

Collaborate with on-site HR to ensure seamless transfer of new employee files from recruitment to HR, verifying completeness and accuracy of all documentation required for onboarding;

Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment laws;

Support the recruitment team for all matters related to recruitment function as required.

Schedule\: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. A combination of tele-working with presence at our offices in either Timmins, Kirkland Lake, Cochrane, Sudbury or Toronto, ON. Occasional visits to our Ontario sites may also be required.
