Job Title: Sourcing GeneralistJob Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Sourcing Generalist in a fully remote position. This role begins as a 6-month contract with potential for extension. As a Sourcing Generalist, you will support our Recruiting and Talent Sourcing capacity. Success in this role requires an understanding of the recruiting lifecycle in a large organization and the ability to execute quickly, maintaining quality and experience to achieve business hiring objectives. Responsibilities + Support recruiting and talent sourcing efforts across various teams. + Develop strategies to achieve hiring objectives with tight deadlines using an understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles. + Ensure accurate documentation within compliance guidelines. + Adhere to proper protocol and procedures in communication and engagement with candidates. + Communicate effectively between multiple parties. + Adapt to process changes as needed. Essential Skills + 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a sourcing capacity. + Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field. + Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. + Excellent communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + LinkedIn Certification. + Sourcing experience for a large technology company. Work Environment This position is 100% remote, offering a great opportunity for fast-paced, high-volume talent acquisition experience within a global technology company. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
