As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities. **Your Key Responsibilities** + Execute the full recruitment process for salaried positions in the US as part of a centralized recruiting team. + Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. + Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and industry events. + Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. + Conduct interviews and coordinate the interview process, while always ensuring a positive candi-date experience. + Utilize applicant tracking systems (SuccessFactors Recruiting) to streamline the recruitment process and keep accurate candidate records. **Your Qualifications** **Required:** + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + 1–5 years of proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a manufacturing environment. + Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, best practices, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment. + Proficient in using recruitment tools and technologies, including ATS software (SuccessFactors preferred) and AI tools such as ChatGPT. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. + Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in providing an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers. + External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without an employment visa or other sponsorship. **Preferred:** + Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations, e.g. visa requirements, Affirmative Action Plans (AAP) regulations. + Experience supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives, collaborating with senior management in global corporations, and hiring in Canada or Mexico. + Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques, social media recruiting, and additional HR or recruitment certifications. + Proficiency in additional languages, such as German or Spanish.
