We currently have opportunities for a Retail Recruiting Manager to support Store Leadership recruiting initiatives within assigned geographic region/s for our domestic store brands and a Distribution Services Recruiting Manager to lead hiring efforts for various Operations and Human Resources roles across our national network of Distribution and Fulfillment Centers.
The Managers will lead a team of two or more direct reports in addition to key program and project management responsibilities. As a leader within our Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (CoE), the Managers must act as “change agents” while fostering risk taking, curiosity and innovation. You will be a part of our dynamic CoE which provides strategic and operational recruiting support for stores, distribution centers and corporate functions. This role can be hybrid based in our Framingham, MA headquarters or can be a remote based position located within assigned region/s.
What You Will Do:

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
