Recruiting Manager
Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for a dynamic manufacturing company in Brooklyn, New York. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage high-volume hiring needs across various roles, including warehouse staff, production supervisors, and management positions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with a supportive and easy-going team. Responsibilities: • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for a variety of positions. • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels of the organization. • Manage high-volume hiring needs while ensuring quality candidate experience and alignment with company goals. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline recruitment workflows. • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored solutions. • Conduct market research to identify talent pools and optimize sourcing strategies. • Coordinate and lead recruitment campaigns, including job fairs and community outreach initiatives. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires. • Monitor recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment outcomes. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within manufacturing or similar industries. • Proficiency in sourcing techniques and high-volume recruitment strategies. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and data analysis to drive improvements. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
