Responsibilities:
What You'll Do

As our Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the vital link in our talent pipeline, working directly with candidates and clients to create perfect matches. Your days will be varied and engaging as you:

Candidate Development & Sourcing

Source and attract top talent through multiple channels including job boards, social networks, referrals, community outreach and our internal database

Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified professionals

Generate leads and expand our candidate network through relationship building

Client Partnership & Support

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Facilitate employment verification, background checks, and pre-hire requirements

Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires

Support senior recruiters and staffing consultants with administrative coordination

Relationship Building & Growth

Greet and interview candidates for in-house meetings
Administer skills assessments and evaluate candidate fit
Document all activities and maintain detailed candidate profiles
Participate in team meetings, pipeline reviews, and professional development sessions

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
Strong active listening skills and genuine curiosity about others
Creative problem-solver who loves working with technology
Master multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments
Goal-oriented and results-driven with a strong sense of urgency

Bonus Points If You Have:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or HR
Familiarity with recruiting platforms or CRM systems
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required for the right candidate)

High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Minimum three years in adminisitrative support and customer service in a B2B environment.
