Recruiting Coordinator (GSR)

Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization to support end-to-end recruiting activities and deliver an excellent candidate experience. This role serves as an integral partner in managing interview logistics, maintaining accurate recruiting data, and building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring teams, including arranging travel logistics for visiting candidates when needed.Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting and applicant tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness throughout the hiring process.Confirm new hires in the recruiting systems and support onboarding-related coordination as required.Provide timely follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.Track recruiting activities and maintain up-to-date candidate status information, providing weekly reports and updates to the recruiting team and stakeholders.Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings, including scheduling participants and preparing and distributing debrief materials.Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency, and proactively suggest process enhancements.Assist with the coordination and execution of additional recruiting activities and projects as needed to support the overall recruiting function.

Essential Skills

At least 1 year of experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a similar coordination-focused role.Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create documents, track information, and prepare presentations.Proven ability to manage scheduling and calendar coordination for multiple stakeholders.Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal teams.Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail in handling multiple tasks and priorities.Bachelor’s degree.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator (RC) or in an administrative role supporting recruiting or human resources.Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.Strong customer focus with a commitment to providing a high-quality candidate experience.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and build positive working relationships.Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and recommend process improvements.

Work Environment

This role operates in a fast-paced, dynamic recruiting environment that requires frequent context switching and close collaboration with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates. Work is primarily performed using standard office productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as applicant tracking and recruiting systems. The position involves substantial time spent on computers, email, and phone communication to coordinate schedules, manage data, and support candidates throughout the hiring process. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
