About The Role:
We are looking for a Part-Time Recruiting Associate to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This is a fast-paced and dynamic position within an energetic, inclusive team that values innovative thinking and fresh perspectives. The role involves supporting our Canada locations and handling diverse scenarios simultaneously. We’re seeking a creative, driven individual who has strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. In this role, you'll leverage your skills to connect with candidates, think creatively to solve challenges, and build strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers while also working with different ADM Departments and team members.
In This Role You Will:Build solid relationships with hiring managers and develop a keen understanding of our internal skill sets and team dynamicsCollaborate with hiring managers to provide guidance on sourcing tools, develop strategies, and facilitate access to platforms like Indeed or other recruitment system.Conduct audits of job requisitions to ensure compliance.Maintain a strong focus on detail throughout the onboarding process for candidates.Write, refine, and update job descriptions for requisitions that need updating and more detailsMaintain structured interview guides, phone screen templates, and note sheets to ensure consistency in hiring practicesSchedule and coordinate interviews across multiple times zonesAssist with onboarding logistics, including HireRight medical checks, offer letters, and Onboarding coordination.Troubleshoot and resolve questions from managers and candidates related to onboarding, job qualifications, and start dates.Partner with sites and recruiter to support and plan job fairs and hiring events.Maintain proactive communication and follow-ups to drive progress across open roles and hiring priorities.Act as an ambassador of ADM and help create a strong employer-of-choice brandDrive an efficient hiring process via the ATS (Kenexa/BrassRing)Job Requirements:At least 1 year of experience in a service-related role (customer service, server, sales, retail)Self-motivated with superior organizational skills, integrity and follow-through.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsYou are able to work independently and with little supervisionComfortable with using various technologyMaintain confidentially and professionalismProficient with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint)Understanding Canadian hiring practice is preferredBilingual in English and French a PLUS!Excited about this role but don’t think you meet every requirement listed?
