You’ll be part of our global Consultant Recruiting team, collaborating closely with regional offices, campus representatives, and other recruiting professionals to attract top MBA talent to Bain. You’ll help deliver a world-class candidate experience and ensure our recruiting operations run smoothly and effectively.


WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM


As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll support Bain’s MBA recruiting efforts by coordinating campus strategies, engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders, and executing a wide range of recruiting events. You’ll play a critical role in identifying top recruits, managing school relationships, and executing initiatives that help build a strong and diverse recruiting pipeline.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


Coordinate recruiting plans across MBA campuses for global Summer Associate and Consultant programsBuild and maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the recruiting cycleManage communications, inquiries, and scheduling with candidates and internal stakeholdersPartner with On-Campus Reps to plan school-specific events and coffee chatsOrganize and distribute marketing materials to campuses and student clubsPlan and execute in-person and virtual recruiting events globallyAlign with local offices and teams to coordinate event logistics and follow-upParticipate in centralized recruiting projects and contribute to internal team eventsMaintain accurate candidate and event data in AvatureSupport post-season evaluations and reporting


ABOUT YOU


Bachelor’s degree preferred2+ years of experience in recruiting or administrative support, ideally in a professional services settingExcellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skillsStrong judgment and professionalism in handling confidential informationAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently with a high level of accuracyProficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS or recruiting systems (e.g., Avature) is a plusFlexible and available to work evenings or overtime as needed
