This position provides day-to-day administrative support to the Recruiting Team, database administration and research to target organizations to provide appropriate candidate prospects. This role requires effective multi-tasking while providing excellent customer service and building solid working relationships with our clients and the recruiting team in order to effectively manage all matters independently. This is a W2 contract position working a swing shift that varies based on business need. This role is 100% onsite in Windsor, CO. **Weekly Schedule** : **Monday** : 8am-5pm (once a month NEO 6:30-3:30, sept will have 2 NEOs) **Tuesday and Thursday** : 7am-4pm or 12pm-9pm (flips every other week) - interviews **Wednesday** : 8am-5pm **Friday** : 8am-5pm **Required Experience** + 2+ years of onboarding administrative experience + Experience collaborating with Human Resources Department + Education: High school diploma or equivalent + Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information such as job descriptions, business articles, corporate and client communications, etc. + Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, recruiters, executives, candidates and the public. + Internet experience includes job boards, job posting and networking. + Ability to build effective relationships with recruiting teams and candidates + Ability to communicate effectively with others, both orally and written. + Ability to remain adaptable and flexible. + Strong customer orientation. + Strong organizational skills, including time management and multi-tasking. + PC Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate within the various Technology systems. **Nice to Have** + Bachelor's degree preferred **Travel** + No Travel required ManpowerGroup is committed to helping our employees achieve their career goals while enjoying a strong total rewards package and award-winning culture.
