Recruiting Coordinator

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Spectrum, you will be the vital link between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, providing essential support from interview scheduling to onboarding. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance will help Spectrum attract top talent and drive organizational growth.


How You’ll Make an Impact   

Create and route job requisitions for approval to ensure proper workflowCoordinate and schedule interviews to keep the hiring process moving smoothlyServe as a backup to Recruiters by processing and administering hiring documents when neededInitiate background checks and monitor reports to ensure timely onboardingMaintain applicant files and ensure records are compliant with company policies and lawsCollaborate with Recruiters to support company-wide Talent Acquisition services and initiativesProvide ad hoc reports and support for special projects as requested by Recruiters or HR Leaders

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum   

Required Qualifications   

Education  

High School Diploma or equivalent work experience 

Experience  

2+ years of experience providing recruiting, human resources or administrative support

Skills  

Ability to read, write, speak and understand EnglishStrong communication skills and ability to manage confidential informationAbility to interact at all levels of the organization with professionalism and diplomacySound judgment, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with MS OfficePrior ATS experience preferred

The base pay for this position generally is between $20.00 and $30.10. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
