Job Description

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting a team of recruiters within a dynamic and fast-paced recruiting organization. You will be a key partner in managing recruiting activities and nurturing candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on being an organizational guru, can work effectively with both internal and external clients and candidates, and enjoys the challenges of building a talented organization. Responsibilities

Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirm new hires.Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.

Essential Skills

At least 1 year of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Bachelor's degree.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.Experience in high-volume customer service and data entry.

Work Environment

This position is 100% onsite in Wainwright, providing a collaborative and engaging work atmosphere where you will have access to necessary technologies and resources to perform your duties efficiently.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
