Recruiting Coordinator (100% Remote – Contract)

Job Type: 3-Month Contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support a team of experienced recruiters hiring for Director-, Vice President-, and Executive-level roles. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality candidate experience through accurate interview scheduling and seamless travel coordination.

Schedule a high volume of candidate interviews, including single, sequential, and panel formatsPartner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to align availability and timelinesManage interview changes, cancellations, and reschedules with minimal disruptionCoordinate candidate travel arrangements through a third-party travel agencyMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Ensure a professional, positive candidate experience at all stages of the interview processQualifications 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, or a fast-paced administrative/operations role2+ years of experience working in an ATS (Workday preferred)Experience coordinating candidate travelHigh school diploma or GED required; college education preferredComfortable supporting senior-level stakeholders, including Director, VP, and Executive candidatesAbout Our Client

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
