Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description

The Recruiting Coordinator supports the full recruitment lifecycle by managing interview scheduling, candidate communication, and administrative processes. This role partners closely with recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple teams, time zones, and stakeholders.Manage all candidate communication, including scheduling, updates, and feedback collection.Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-quality experience.Maintain accurate and compliant data within the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse preferred).Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing across various platforms.Support recruiting events such as job fairs, career fairs, and campus recruiting.Generate and maintain recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics.Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and candidate experience.Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, executive assistants, and department leaders to ensure alignment.

Essential Skills

Experience in scheduling coordination.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, particularly Greenhouse.Talent acquisition and onboarding knowledge.Expertise in interview scheduling and logistics.Skills in ATS administration and data integrity.Experience with tools like Gmail, Zoom, and Teams.Detail-oriented with strong administrative support skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong cross-functional communication abilities.Excellent time management and prioritization skills.Proficiency in reporting and metrics tracking.Experience in event coordination.A mindset focused on process improvement.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berkeley, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
