Talent Acquisition Coordinator responsible for managing pre-employment processes and supporting recruiting operations for a hybrid onsite/remote team.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience with pre-employment processes, including background checks, interview coordination, job orders, and staffing activities
Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based applications
Data entry experience with high level of accuracy
Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting a Talent Acquisition or HR team
Experience working within applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar recruiting platforms
Experience managing documentation and records for hiring processes
Job Responsibilities:
Own and manage the pre-employment process from initiation through completion
Initiate and track background checks and related pre-employment screenings
Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, confirmations, and logistics
Enter and maintain job requests and requisitions in tracking systems
Maintain and update documents, trackers, and reports for the Talent Acquisition team
Work with the TA team to identify and implement improvements to staffing and hiring processes
Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
