Recruiting Coordinator

Typical task breakdown: - Schedule interviews, prepare and distribute related materials. - Coordinate recruiting and staffing activities related to attracting, selecting, hiring, and onboarding talent. - Provide administrative and operational support throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. - Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to communicate hiring progress with leaders and candidates - Initiate and track pre-employment checks. Interaction with team : - Supports talent acquisition partners by scheduling interviews, initiating and tracking pre-employment checks. This is all tracked in an excel document and utilizing Workday, Sterling and Safety First. Education & Experience Required: - Years of experience: 2-3 years preferred Top 3 Skills - Attention to Detail: Ability to complete tasks with precision and accuracy. - Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and embracing change. - Focus: Strong ability to stay on task and manage responsibilities effectively. - Relationship Management: Skilled at building and maintaining professional relationships. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
