Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description We're looking for a proactive and highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to be the heart of our candidate experience. In this role, you won't just be scheduling interviews; you'll be the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring every interaction is seamless, professional, and positive. You'll play a critical role in shaping how we present ourselves to the world, and your efforts will directly impact our ability to attract and hire top talent. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to manage interview logistics, and help us scale our recruiting efforts in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Own the candidate experience from initial contact to the offer stage, ensuring a smooth and engaging journey for every candidate. Manage all interview scheduling and logistics, including coordinating with candidates and internal hiring teams across multiple time zones. Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and guidance throughout their interview process. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build and maintain interview loops and streamline our hiring workflows. Maintain data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate information and interview feedback are accurately recorded. Identify and implement improvements to our recruiting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and the overall candidate experience. Skills and Requirements Qualifications: -1+ years of experience in a coordination role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in a recruiting or human resources function. Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. -Proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and advanced scheduling tools; experience with Lever is highly preferred. -Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to interact with people at all levels with a professional demeanor. -A collaborative and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. -A proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience with Lever Experience with Scheduling tools
