Recruiting Coordinator

**Adecco is currently hiring Recruiting Coordinator for our premier client in Shafter, CA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employee engagement, and providing onsite support to one of our key clients. **As a Recruiting Coordinator job duties will include but are not limited to:**
· Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance
· Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams
· Conduct site tours at the client location to support workforce needs and foster engagement
· Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires
· Monitor employee performance and satisfaction, addressing concerns proactively
· Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
**Qualifications:**
+ 1-2 years of recruiting or staffing experience preferred
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong organizational and time management abilities
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Comfortable working onsite with clients and adapting to their environment
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
**Schedules:**
+ Monday- Friday 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM
+ Team members may be asked to work alternative shift times to ensure appropriate coverage of the facility sites.

**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
