Description Join our Recruiting Team to source and recruit for retail franchise opportunities. As a Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and managing a pipeline of top-tier candidates to grow our network of operators. Responsibilities & Duties: + Conduct innovative sourcing strategies including Boolean search techniques and market research. + Engage with candidates professionally to develop relationships and drive successful cold outreach. + Harness recruitment systems like Salesforce Lightning and job boards to maximize operational efficiency. + Analyze recruitment KPIs and work in a metric-driven environment. + Apply your industry knowledge of retail/franchise business models to identify qualified candidates aligned with operational needs. Requirements Ideal Qualifications: + Advanced sourcing and research expertise. + Highly skilled in professional outreach and communication—both verbal and written. + Tech-savvy with hands-on experience using Salesforce Lightning and job board platforms. + Strong data management capability and KPI tracking. + Retail and franchise domain experience highly preferred.
