Volt has partnered with a top manufacturing company in Channelview, Texas to help identify an experienced Recruiting Coordinator for immediate hire.
As a Recruiting Coordinator you will
Assisting the Talent Acquisition team in the maintenance of all pre-hire employee personnel files and records ensuring timely and accurate data entry for applicant tracking and audits. Creating and distributing employment-related correspondence, including interview scheduling, applications, forms, offer letters, orientation materials; initiating and monitoring background screening and medical processes. Tracking key metrics in the recruitment cycle and ensuring accuracy in reports. Partners with on-site Recruiter, continually engages with hiring managers and leaders to understand the recruiting business needs and required skills. Partnering with business leaders and HR team members to develop and maintain effective relationships Maintain and ensure compliance with local recruitment policies & processes Track candidate process and minimize time to hire (Resume (CV) to offer) through driving the candidate pipeline. Provide recruiting status updates to HR team and business leaders, including performance vs targets, sourcing/recruiting challenges/issues etc. Provide back-up recruiting services as needed, and new hire processes.This is a full time, onsite position at the Channelview location. Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm with some flexibility. Position is 8-12 months temp in nature at this time with potential to be extended.
Requirement:
1 – 2 years of recruiting coordinator experience Superior communication and customer service skills Advance computer skills
$29-31/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
