Job Description:
The Operations Recruiting Coordinator plays a crucial role in our fast-paced recruiting organization. This position involves close collaboration with a team of recruiters, managing recruiting activities, and building strong candidate relationships. The Recruiting Coordinator often provides candidates with their first impression of the organization. The ideal candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with both internal and external clients, and possess excellent communication skills. They should be able to adapt quickly and enjoy the challenges of contributing to the growth of a talented workforce. Responsibilities:Schedule interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers.Arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems.Confirm new hires and provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a weekly report.Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.Essential Skills:At least 1 year of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Bachelor's degree.Work Environment:
This position is 100% onsite in Arlington, VA. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability and strong organizational skills
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
