Recruiting Coordinator

Join our dynamic team as a Recruiting Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our fast-paced recruiting organization. As an integral partner, you will manage recruiting activities, build candidate relationships, and often provide candidates with their first impression of our organization. Responsibilities
+ Schedule interviews and phone screens by working directly with candidates and hiring managers, and arrange travel for visiting candidates when necessary.
+ Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems, and confirm new hires.
+ Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates regarding their recruiting status via phone and email.
+ Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status updates in a weekly report.
+ Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials.
+ Identify opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
+ Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination or a similar role.
+ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Bachelor's degree.

+ Exceptional customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
+ Strong oral and written communication abilities.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite in the South Lake Union area of Seattle, providing a collaborative and engaging work environment.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
