As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide essential support to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and candidates across all stages of the recruiting process.This role ensures a smooth, compliant, and candidate-friendly hiring experience.

WHAT OUR RECRUITING COORDINATORS ENJOY MOST

Schedules interviews and help manage requisition workflowsCreate, assign and routes requisitions for approvalServe as a back-up to Recruiters for processing and administering of hiring documentsMonitors candidates through background and onboarding to ensure timely completionFacilitate travel requests, accommodations & reimbursements for candidatesMonitors candidate and requisition workflows to ensure compliance with company policies, practices, and applicable lawsProvide ad hoc reporting and support for special projectsAudit requisitions to ensure EEO and OFCCP compliance; perform other duties as required

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

Education: High School DiplomaExperience: 2+ years- Experience providing recruiting, human resources, or administrative support Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Abilities: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and independence in daily task. Can maintain/manage confidentiality of personal and sensitive information.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management and multitasking in fast-paced settings.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or related work.Experience:Prior ATS experience
