We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment and onboarding processes. In this role, you’ll provide administrative and operational support throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to recruiters, including generating offer letters and documentationCoordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and administrative assistantsManage candidate communications and send interview detailsOversee pre-hire activities such as background checks, reference checks, and document collectionSupport onboarding by gathering data for new hire records and updating systems like Taleo and PeopleSoftEnsure all required documentation is collected and forwarded for personnel file creationMaintain compliance with recruiting policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirementsRequired QualificationsCollege degree or equivalent experience3–4 years of experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in volume hiringStrong communication skills (verbal and written)Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applicationsExperience with Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar recruitment platformsAbility to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple stakeholdersSelf-motivated team player with high attention to detailPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of an additional local languageFamiliarity with company policies and proceduresExperience managing a delivery team of 5+ resourcesStrong relationship-building skills across departmentsPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
