We are hiring for 3 onsite Recruiting Concierge Coordinators for a well-known tech company! Onsite in Arlington, VA.
As a Candidate Concierge Coordinator, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for candidates during their onsite interviews. When not supporting candidates onsite, you will support the recruitment process through interview scheduling and coordination. This onsite dual role ensures maximum efficiency and support for our talent acquisition efforts.
Responsibilities:
•\tEscort multiple candidates daily for onsite interviews
•\tCoordinate and execute all aspects of the candidate's onsite interview experience
•\tGreet candidates professionally in the lobby and establish a welcoming atmosphere
•\tPrepare and verify interview rooms, including picking up technical equipment, setup and testing
•\tEnsure candidate comfort and needs are met throughout interview day (including breaks, refreshments, and accommodations)
•\tFacilitate smooth transitions between interview sessions
•\tEscort candidates through the building, including final departure
•\tActing as \"day-of\" POC for any candidate emergencies
•\tSchedule and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews
•\tManage interview calendar logistics across multiple time zones
•\tCommunicate with candidates and interview panels regarding scheduling
•\tSend interview confirmations and preparation materials
•\tHandle interview schedule changes and cancellations
•\tSupport recruitment operations as needed
Qualifications:
•\tBachelor's degree required
•\t2+ years experience in HR-Admin, RC roles, or similar target-driven environment
•\tStrong interpersonal and communication skills
•\tProficiency in calendar management and scheduling tools
•\tProfessional demeanor and presentation
•\tExperience with basic technical setup (video conferencing, presentation equipment)
•\tAbility to maintain composure in fast-paced environments
•\tDemonstrated problem-solving and process improvement abilities
•\tExperience managing complex scheduling logistics
•\tPrevious experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition
•\tKnowledge of interview processes and recruitment best practices
•\tSchedule and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews
•\tManage interview calendar logistics across multiple time zones
•\tCommunicate with candidates and interview panels regarding scheduling
•\tSend interview confirmations and preparation materials
•\tHandle interview schedule changes and cancellations
•\tSupport recruitment operations as needed
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
