Recruiting Business Partner
This role focuses on high-volume recruiting activities, with a primary emphasis on closing candidates and extending offers. Role is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA OR Bellevue, WA Responsibilities + Recruit and hire candidates, with a primary focus on high-volume offer extension and closing candidates. + Conduct interviews with prospective employees and assess their qualifications and fit for open positions. + Prepare, present, and negotiate job offers, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. + Conduct orientation for new employees to support effective onboarding and integration into the organization. + Perform exit interviews and document feedback to support continuous improvement in talent practices. + Process changes in employee status, ensuring accurate and timely updates in relevant systems. + Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and established recruiting processes to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. + Partner with business stakeholders as a recruiting business partner or client lead, aligning hiring activities with business needs. + Apply extensive experience, judgment, and creativity to plan and accomplish recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment. + Perform a variety of recruiting and talent acquisition tasks as needed to support overall workforce objectives. + Lead and direct the work of others when required, providing guidance on recruiting processes and best practices. Essential Skills + Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience. + Experience as a recruiting business partner or client lead, supporting hiring managers and business units. + Proven background in full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing, reference checking, offer management, and onboarding. + Strong talent acquisition expertise, with the ability to manage high-volume hiring demands. + Hands-on experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and hiring workflows. + Ability to rely on judgment and prior experience to plan and accomplish recruiting goals with minimal direction. + Capability to lead and direct the work of others in a recruiting context when needed. + Familiarity with a variety of recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders. + Organizational skills to manage multiple requisitions and tasks simultaneously in a high-volume environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree, typically in a related field, is preferred. + 5–8 years of experience in recruiting. + Demonstrated ability to function as a recruiting business partner or client lead, advising and influencing stakeholders. + Comfort working in a role focused on closing and offer extension rather than sourcing. + High degree of creativity and latitude in approaching recruiting challenges and candidate engagement. + Ability to work effectively within a structured reporting environment, typically reporting to a manager or department head. Work is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA using digital collaboration tools, applicant tracking systems, and standard office software to manage recruiting activities and communicate with candidates and stakeholders. The position involves managing high volumes of candidate interactions and offer processes in a fast-paced setting, requiring consistent online availability during standard business hours or as aligned with business needs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
