One of the largest tech based companies based in Seattle, WA is hiring a Recruiting Business Partner to support internal mobility transfers.
Location: Seattle (100% onsite, 5 days/week)

High‑touch stakeholder engagementDriving candidate progression and closing internal talentMinimal offer negotiation (primarily internal transfers)Team Environment
Supports a large, fast‑paced operations network with high‑volume hiring needs.Recruiters manage 20–25 sites, each with evolving priorities and communication channels for updates.Fewer hiring managers per recruiter, but each site is large and operationally complex.Key Responsibilities
Recruiting Operations
Serve as the primary Recruiting Business Partner for assigned sites.Manage internal hiring processes, including offer prep, acceptance tracking, and internal mobility workflows.Coordinate external support only when internal pipelines are exhausted.Stakeholder Partnership
Build strong relationships with site leaders through clear, direct communication.Conduct proactive check‑ins to anticipate staffing needs and reduce last‑minute volume spikes.Provide timely updates and maintain responsiveness across all channels.Workload & Organization
Oversee multiple requisitions across many sites, each potentially with several role types.Navigate high-volume periods with composure and structured prioritization.Ideal Candidate

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.00/hr.
