It currently has offices in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Manila. **About this role:** Wells Fargo is seeking a Recruiting Associate to be part of the HR Global Delivery Recruitment team. **In this role, you will:** + Participate in recruiting and selecting, contact center, operational, or early career individuals from internal and external sources + Assist hiring managers in defining and validating key position requirements, sourcing strategies, and reviewing affirmative action goals + Review candidate's information to determine if job qualifications are met + Conduct interviews and evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge and abilities + Consult with management to recommend candidates, starting salaries + Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing status updates and information on the company + Complete all process requirements including dispositioning candidates, and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements + Receive direction from Recruiting supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of Recruiting functional area, policies, procedures, Human Resources or compliance requirements + Provide information to the management to recommend candidates to move forward in the selection process within Recruiting and Human Resources policy **Required Qualifications:** + 6+ months of Recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or higher + Candidate must have solid relevant of recruiting, sourcing; previous work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer or similar role + Must be internet-savvy and can perform advanced Google search + Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and preferably PeopleSoft Recruiting Solutions, + Excellent verbal and written communication skills (particularly business email writing knowledge) + Experience leveraging social and digital media, and online tools/resume databases to proactively identify passive candidates, + Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously + Preferred experience working in / servicing other international geographies, or experience working for a Recruitment Process Outsourcer (RPO), + Experience working with a U.S. headquartered organization is preferred, + Understanding of banking domain & technologies is preferred, ability to analyze, sell and influence skills **Job Expectations:** + Must be amenable to work onsite (McKinley Hill, Taguig City). **Posting End Date:** 9 Oct 2025 **_*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants._** **We Value Equal Opportunity** Wells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
