What You'll Do
As a Recruiting Assistant, you will work closely with the Recruiters and Recruiting Directors to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Primary responsibilities include maintaining our recruiting system, planning and executing events, managing candidate for online assessment, interview scheduling and providing additional reporting support. Maintaining the Recruiting System Maintain and update all aspects of recruiting system on a daily basis, including Input candidate information for all resumes as required Update and track candidate status on BCG Specific Recruiting systems Prepare for and conduct regional cross-checks; serve as liaison with other BCG recruiting teams Screen candidate applications prior to sending to Recruiters and Recruiting DirectorsGenerate reports and perform data analysis for pre- and post-season reporting as well as ad-hoc requests Supporting Recruitment Events and Campaigns
Work with SEA Recruiters to plan and run efficient local, overseas, and lateral hire campaigns as well as marketing events including:
Work with Recruiters to plan and create marketing materials Maintain and update database, including dates, logistics and candidate / BCG staff attendance Assist with event logistics including sending communications with participants, BCG staff, travel, accommodation and schedules Conduct post-event follow-up, including student feedback surveys and soliciting input from BCG staff on student attendees Candidate Management Take lead on coordinating and scheduling candidates for online assessment and interviews Support Recruiters in candidate tracking and updating candidate information on system including interview evaluations and interview detailsCreate candidate and interviewer packetsProvide on-site support during first round and final round interviews General Reporting Support Maintain offeree status and data to share with team and the region Produce correspondence, slide presentations, reports and other analysis/documentsTrack and record competitive offer informationAdditional tasks / analysis as needed to support the recruiting teamWhat You'll Bring
Bachelor’s degree, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply; experience in the area of recruiting would be a plusProficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
Display strong service orientation in responding to customer needs
Maturity, good presentation and strong communication skills
Display a high degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment
Results oriented with an ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
Team player
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding all recruiting matters
Who You'll Work With
You will be part of the SEA Recruiting Team and you will be directly reporting to the SEA Recruiting Manager. You will also work closely with the consulting team.
