Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator to join our Heber, UT team! The Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for supporting the recruitment process by assisting with candidate sourcing, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment logistics. This role ensures an efficient and positive candidate experience, while maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support to the recruitment team.
What You'll DoKey Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates. Post job openings across platforms and engage with candidates to encourage application submissions. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for active and future hiring needs. Resume Screening and Candidate Assessments Review and screen incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates. Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidate interest, skills, and alignment with job requirements. Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure data accuracy for tracking purposes. Interview Scheduling and Coordination Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication. Prepare interview materials and provide briefing documents to interview panels. Gather and compile feedback from interviewers, communicating results to candidates in a timely manner. Ensure an engaging candidate experience by providing regular updates throughout the interview process. Onboarding Support Assist with pre-employment processes, such as background checks and reference verifications. Coordinate the preparation of onboarding materials and schedules for new hires. Act as a liaison between new hires and relevant departments to ensure onboarding needs are met. Follow up with new hires to ensure successful integration and transition. Administrative Functions and Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with company policies. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including updating job descriptions and recruitment materials. Generate reports on hiring metrics and progress, analyzing data to improve recruitment processes. Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and other hiring initiatives as needed. What You'll BringQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a related role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
